Built in 1870 as a Market Hall, Jubilee House, which at a later stage was a nut and bolt factory, became the offices of Madeley Parish Council in 1997.
Not far away is the Anstice Memorial Institute Building. This was built in 1869 as a working man's club complete with smoking room, lecture hall, billiard room and a library.
Just around the corner from Jubilee House is the 1841 Wesleyan Chapel named after John Fletcher.
